She never gave up and followed through unti she had done a 100% Inquiry. She left Elliot Lake with a Tim Horton Coffee and an air of achievement. Reward her with the reporter of the year parking space or something like that...NO ROOFTOP Parking however !

Conducting a criminal investigation and a public inquiry at the same time, when there are Class Action Law Suit in place and also when the class action includes the province of Ontario has likely not been addressed by The Supreme Court of Canada in that particular context.
That the inquiry will not interfere with
the plaintiffs and defendants constitutional rights is difficult to assertain .
The Elliot Lake Inquiry has no precedent : The leader of the province who stepped down and prorogued government is the one who ordered the inquiry while the province is implicated in a class action lawsuit. This may compromise much of the information and the entire process in everywhich way
