We have democracy and Judges and Lawyers do not dictate Law. They make rulings and Interpret it according to the constitution. Some cases have no precedents and the following maybe an example. A province lauching an investigation when it is implicated in class action lawsuits and criminal probes.
Let the judges be the judges !
The Supreme Court VS ONTARIO with Thomas Mulcair at the Helm The access to information Act is set aside and the police are called and a reporter from Global TV , Jennifer Tryon is escorted out of city hall. It is APPEARS that The OPP criminal Investigation may supercede the constitution. Meanwhile the Government of Ontario whom is implicated in class action lawsuits involving premier, Dalton McGuinty , who stepped down and prorogued Government , proceeds to Initiate an INDEPENDANT Inquiry at tax payers expense ,which maybe unconstitutional as it has the possibilty of compromising the evidence in the OPP Investigation and being an injustice for those seeking compensation in Class Action Lawsuits . This can cost the province more money as it may be a case for the supeme court of Canada http://elliotlakeinquirysynopsis.blogspot.com

About The Legitimacy of The Elliot Lake Inquiry
Thomas Mulcair Leader of The
Opposition
An inquiry into the
Elliot Lake Mall Collapse was ordered by Dalton McGuinty. The mall was declared
a crime scene and the province of Ontario is named in the lawsuit.I find it
difficult to envision that the retired judge and attorneys appointed by
McGuinty can impartially preside over this inquiry. I count on Thomas Mulcair to
address this matter as the buiding codes for all of Canada may be influenced by
its findings .Elliot Lake is represented by the NDP Federally and Provincially.
Both representatives are incapacitated with parliament having been prorogued and
McGuinty stepping down. I humbly request that investigation of this matter be
addressed at a federal level

Jewel In The Wilderness
I never heard of a rescue operation ever being aborted because of dangerous conditions
The Inquiry That was Ordered by the Ontario Government should unveil The Truth about The Elliot Lake Mall Collapse
And Until Then WE Will Not Rest Or Let This Matter Go
Remember who you are and Remember Our Heroes
In Flanders fields the poppies blow
Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place: and in the sky
The larks still bravely singing fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We are the dead: Short days ago,Between the crosses, row on row,
That mark our place: and in the sky
The larks still bravely singing fly
Scarce heard amid the guns below.
We lived, felt dawn, saw sunset glow,
Loved and were loved: and now we lie
In Flanders fields!
To you, from failing hands, we throw
The torch: be yours to hold it high
If ye break faith with us who die,
We shall not sleep, though poppies grow
In Flanders fields
Rememberance Day November 11th
I was there at the Mall Collapse and many Elliot Lakers and Media Groups from every part of Ontario were there to cover the event
What happened before the collapse and what happened after the collapse will all come to light.
It is heart breaking to think that a human being can be alive and trapped under debris and a slab of cement and a whole city and a whole province stands aloft and lets her die.
There were good samaratins a lot of them and even a professional International Rescue Team but their hands were tied and entry was refused to all . Michael Mantha our Representative at Queen's Park did phrase it properly . There are questions to be answered : when and where and by whom were decisions made and was the help made readily available when needed
The Inquiry Hopefully will serve to prevent anything like this ever hapening ever again
